Mobilized new voters, built key coalitions, and introduced the candidate to influential community leaders, leading to a decisive election victory  for  County Supervisor Who Became State Rep– 

Connected Candidates with Community Leaders – Played a critical role in introducing political figures to influential activists, neighborhood organizers, and stakeholders, ensuring broad-based support and grassroots engagement.

Co-Founded Programs That Decreased Homicides by 30%+ – Developed and implemented community-based safety initiatives that significantly reduced violent crime rates through advocacy, intervention, and coalition-building.

Advocated for Public Safety Policy Changes – Successfully worked with city officials, law enforcement, and policymakers to introduce community-led safety solutions, traffic violence prevention strategies, and de-escalation training for first responders.

 Trained Police to Build Public Trust – Designed and led training programs for law enforcement , helping them improve community engagement, de-escalation tactics, and trust-building efforts.

Closed Two Businesses Involved in Illegal Activities – Played a leading role in the revocation of licenses for two businesses that were harming the community by facilitating illegal gun and drug sales. Helped close business being investigated for millions in fraud

Secured Meetings with City Officials & District Attorneys for Families in Crisis – Successfully arranged high-level meetings between families affected by crime and top decision-makers, ensuring their cases received attention and action.Helped Businesses Strengthen Community Relations – Assisted ethical businesses in developing partnerships with local communities, improving their public image, policy compliance, and engagement strategies.

Expanded the Fight for $15 in Multiple Cities – Helped grow the movement in Milwaukee, Nashville, and Los Angeles, organizing low-wage workers, mobilizing strikes, and influencing policy changes.

Led Union & Worker Advocacy Campaigns – Trained  organizers, educating workers, and executing negotiation tactics to secure better wages and working conditions.

Worked to Strengthen Worker Protections Designed long-term worker advocacy initiatives that ensured sustained protections, fair pay, and corporate accountability.

Successfully Mediated High-Stakes Conflicts – Intervened in complex legal and political disputes, bringing families, community leaders, and policymakers together to negotiate fair solutions.

Advocated against bias in the criminal justice system, calling out prosecutors who misuse their power, and bringing attention to cases of unjust prosecution.
