Who We Are
We are a prevention-centered team committed to helping communities become safer by acting earlier, responding better, and staying engaged longer. At The Moore Resource & Strategy Group, we bring together lived experience, strategic thinking, and field-tested methods to help organizations and systems strengthen violence prevention, de-escalation, coordinated response, and follow-through. Our work is rooted in the belief that life can be preserved when people know what to look for, what to do, and how to stay connected in the moments that matter most.
Why this work exists
This work exists because too much harm is treated as unavoidable when it is not. Too many tragedies happen after warning signs were missed, after people escalated without support, or after systems failed to act inside the moments that still could have changed the outcome. This work was created to fill those gaps. It exists to help communities recognize danger sooner, respond with greater precision, and preserve life before violence, crisis, or loss becomes irreversible.
