For years, I stood at the front lines of organizing and activism—fighting for workers’ rights, safer communities, and a more just Milwaukee. From leading grassroots campaigns to advocating for policy change, my work was rooted in a deep commitment to empowering people and creating tangible solutions for the challenges they faced. But as the landscape of advocacy evolved, so did my approach. I realized that lasting change required not just passion but strategy—data-driven solutions, cross-sector collaboration, and innovative thinking that could bridge the gap between activism and sustainable impact.

That realization led to the founding of The MOORE Resource and Strategy Group (MRSG)—a consulting firm built on the lessons learned from years of movement work, but designed to offer organizations, businesses, and legal professionals the strategic support they need to thrive.

At MRSG, we provide high-impact consulting services that help organizations navigate complex challenges, enhance operations, and achieve meaningful results. Whether it’s supporting nonprofits with capacity-building, advising businesses on community engagement, or providing elite contract paralegal services to law firms, we bring expertise, efficiency, and a solutions-oriented mindset to every partnership.

While we have transitioned into consulting, our commitment to service remains at the heart of everything we do. We believe that access to strategic support shouldn’t be limited by financial barriers. That’s why we continue to offer pro bono and low-income options for organizations and individuals who are doing critical work but may not have the resources to access high-level consulting services. By reinvesting in the community, we ensure that our impact reaches those who need it most.
