The Process
From Warning Sign to Stabilization
Identify
Recognize early warning signs in individuals, families, or communities using the Life Preservation Model framework.
Report
Submit an anonymous report through our system. Your identity is fully protected. The information is routed immediately to a trained Preservationist.
Engage
A Preservationist responds through relationship-based engagement — not procedural delay. They know the community. They are trusted.
Stabilize
The situation is de-escalated and stabilized. Connections to resources, support, and follow-up care are made before harm occurs.
